Curry Dip
Source: Me
1 cup yogurt (any fat content works)
1 teaspoon sweet curry, or to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Mix everything together. Adjust seasonings. Let sit at least ten minutes, ideally several hours in refrigerator.
